A perfect stopover btw Durban and Joburg. The restaurant had lots of choice, the garden was lovely; swimming pool to cool off. If you have more time, I think the falls etc in the area are well worth visiting. It is rather close to the highway, which is handy, but a little noisy too. In the bedroom you don’t hear the traffic. The towels are a little on the thin side but were clean and we each had two. Friendly staff.

We were given a different family room for convenience of being on the bottom floor but the room could have done with some maintenance. The handle of the hot tap in the shower was broken and the door to the adjoining room didn’t lock. We waited 1.5 hours for our dinner to be made including a child’s order which is unacceptable.
