Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten nach Palma. Sehr nette und äußerst hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wasser und Kaffee wurden ganztägig zur Verfügung gestellt.

Overall the place was ok, but far from our expectations. What struck us most was the lack of elementary cleanliness upon our arrival. Just after we informed the owner of a garbage dump in plain sight, old dog fecies in the lawn, some other stuff, only then it was removed. But still, the spots that we did not particulary point out to the owner (sofa in the living room, for example) stayed dirty throughout the three days of our stay. The keeper of the house - Catalina, hardly spoke any English, although the host herself Adriana Roberta speaks English quite well. It's a pitty that she found free time to come and have a chat with us only on our last (3rd) night. After she had a few too many drinks with her friends. Bear in mind that the house is kind of a commune. I knew it before, but we were told that we're the only guests at the time. Even then we had some strange people (relatives or friends of Adriana) popping up here and there. So, not much of a privacy. The interior was nicely designed, although pretty worn out (floors) at some points. Breakfast - very minimum, nothing really worth describing. Overall, I think that place is ok, only if the owner would put in a bit more effort into keeping it clean and tidy and performing everyday maintenance. Also, a bit more interest into the guests' opinion and general friendliness would increase the value of stay.
