This house was so beatiful and quiet also classic, greenery. I love the mood. The host Ikbal(Tika's brother) is really kind and nice he's smiling everytime! I was happy when I stayed this house every single day. I would love to stay this room again.

It was such a great experience for staying here! Tika's brother, Ikbal, helped me a lot for my check-in, as well as check-out. He was also kind & friendly, treating us like his friend or family. The environment of the house was also nice. Suitable price, idyllic interior & cleanness, made me feel like I wanna come back here again next time. It's also in a good location. 1 Utama is just near and you can enjoy your days there. It's also connected with Bandar Utama MRT Station, so you can easily go to another place. So later when I come back to Malaysia again, hopefully I can stay here again as well!

Decent stay at Tikas place. - Location is not the best as most areas of interest are at least a 20min walk to such as the MRT so would be best suited to Malaysian citizens rather than tourists or backpackers. - The bed sheets were unclean as i found dead skin peelings so i washed them my self, tiles of the room floor were coming apart as well. - And the shared bathroom lock were falling apart giving me no privacy. Overall it was an acceptable stay however some things needing working on
