We had an amazing holiday at this beautiful, grand home, which exudes charm and character but also feels fresh and clean. The beds are comfortable, the rooms grand, and the kitchen is a delight to cook in with everything you’ll need. The outdoor area is fantastic with multiple areas to relax in both shade and sun. We enjoyed many hours relaxing at the outdoor terrace and in the lovely pool. Plenty of amenities as shown in the photos! The location is perfect; the house is surrounded by beautiful countryside, and the house is only a short drive to many lovely French villages. There is also a local pub and shop a short walk from the house, and many large supermarkets within a ten minute drive. Tas and Martyn are very friendly, helpful, and they provided great recommendations. They take great care of the property and the grounds which clearly shows. We highly recommend this chateau to anyone seeking a getaway in the French countryside.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Tas’ and Martyn’s beautiful mansion. All interior carefully selected with skill and great taste. The layout of the place was also perfect for our 12-persons company. The park, the garden, the playroom 👌👌👌 Tas prepared a really tasty dinner for us one evening. And everything just went smooth. We recommend!!!

Tas & Martyn have created an idyllic country get-away. We were two friends with three daughters from the age of 12-15 and everything about the house and all the amenities were perfect. We walked into the tiny town each morning for bread and coffee and were treated with warmth and hospitality. The pool was equipped with floaties and games to keep us all entertained for hours. When we needed to get out of the sun we retreated to the game barn for ping pong and 8-ball and rode the house bikes through the countryside in the evenings. There were lovely long walks down country roads and hours of quiet reading and writing during our stay. A true retreat! There are also several small towns with markets to visit nearby for added regional enjoyment. Tas and Martyn were always available with immediate responses to any of our questions and concerns. They were a true joy to meet. This home is truly a spectacular overall experience!

Great space and well stocked for a big group with lots of games and fun to be had. Hosts were helpful and next door if you needed anything. Lovely pool space and perfect temp

Magical house and grounds! We had a wonderful stay with our three sons aged 17, 15 and 11. The kitchen is very well equipped for any type of meal or cake! Each room is tastefully decorated and there is an abundance of space, both inside and out. Tas and Martyn were very responsive, thoughtful and helpful. Tas offered to book restaurants (really appreciated especially during a pandemic). Above and beyond was a delicious homemade chicken casserole, prepared earlier by Tas, and waiting for us in the kitchen upon our late night arrival from London. Also a present of delicious walnuts from the grounds, upon our departure. Would love to return! Shabana and Miles
