Very large apartment, very comfortable, with a beautiful sea view, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, washing machine. The apartment is located in the center of Mindelo, the place where it is necessary to be, near the main restaurants, the marina, the tower of Belem, the markets, there is a possibility of rent a car just next the apartment. The owner Tom received us like King, he advised us well in the choices for the visits of the island of St Vincete and the island of San Antao. Simpatico apartments are in a perfect location to enjoy festivities of the carnival. The apartment was modern with seemingly new appliances. Customer service was excellent and the Simpatico staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The customer service is on par with most luxury hotels I have stayed at. Offers room service from sports bar next door and also they even sent my clothes off to be ironed with less than 2 hours turn around. (No fee) Will stay here anytime I am in Mindelo. Highly recommended, you will get your money's worth.
