Dear family, friends and guests Welcome to our (yours) vacation home! A wonderful house in a wonderful place surrounded by wonderful people, you're going to love it! The house is located in Praia de Quiaios, 400m from the beach. From the back site of the house you can see the mountain Serra da Boa Viagem! Explore the beach place Figuera da Foz and beautiful cities like Coimbra (45 min), Aveiro, Óbidos, Lisboa (100min) or Porto (75 min). We hope you feel at home as much as we do! A completely renovated house with everything you need for the perfect vacation! We changed all the equipment and furniture on the same moment that we renovated the complete house (interior and exterior). We used mixed interior styles for each space to create different atmospheres. The house has 3 floors: Basement: - games and pool table, relax place: we created a small studio in the garage with furniture to relax and the possibility to create extra sleeping places. With bord games, a pool-, air hockey- poker- and pingpong table. Also a laundry and a simple “wine library". Ground floor: - living-room eastern/asian Zen style with a corner sofa (also possible to create a bed for 2 persons), lounge pillows, games, books, smart tv, and a fireplace - toilet - living kitchen, kitchen Tuscan/Portuguese style completely equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave/oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, etc. - A big dinner table 6-8 persons - Garden with mountain view and sounds of the sea, a hammock, sunbeds, dinner table 6-8 persons and BBQ/fire place. Above floor: - bathroom with extra-long bath (for Portuguese way :) and toilet. - bedroom with a double bed, cabinet and balcony with a wonderful mountain view, a table and 2 chairs - bedroom with 2 single beds that you can turn into double beds (4 sleeping places), wardrobe and balcony. - Our bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and small bathroom. Note: this bedroom is not for rent and locked during the rental period, when necessary we can make an exception on request, extra cost will be offered. Services: - mountain bike, pool table, games, smart tv (netflix etc), Internet, TV, beach- and baby equipment, BBQ, fire place, normal towels (no beach towels) and bed sheets are available for guests. Location: Praia de Quiaos is a wonderful small and quiet village (some bars, beach bars, surf-house, restaurants, bakery, spa, small supermarkets, public swimming pool by the beach etc) where you can rest and recharge your batteries :) The house is located 200m away from the first bar in Praia de Quiaios for some drinks or food. Close to Praia de Quiaios, on the other side of the mountain, you can find a bigger city (approx. 7 minutes driving) Figueira da Foz with a casino, cinema, shops, entertainment area/bars, hotels, restaurants etc. Perfect area for beautiful long beaches, mountainbike in the mountains, surfing, hiking, jogging, (sea)fishing, horse driving and explore cities like Coimbra, Porto or visiting wine areas and rivers in the North of Portugal for a day!
