房东是和我妈妈同年的友善大叔：） 我是从房东家的wifi密码发现他和我妈妈同年的 ！非常棒！房东把自行车免费借给我们骑！十分钟就到old town啦 还会穿过一个学校 早上出门有种去上学的感觉 ！

Mladen was very friendly and responsive. Great place if you come with car, there is a private parking place and also spaces arround the house. From the place you can walk to the old town in 20 minutes. The room was nice. Overall nice value for the money.

Mladen"s place was absolutely perfect for our stay in Rovinj. It was spacious and close to the Centre of beautiful Rovinj. We had 2 bikes to use so didn't need to drive to the beaches, restaurants or any of the old town sites. Highly recommend to anyone. Mladen is a really great guy too!!

Mooi, groot en schoon apartement! Vlakbij het centrum van Rovinj en het strand. Leuk om de omgeving op de fietsen die bij het apartement zitten te verkennen. Eigenaar was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, was goed bereikbaar en gaf tips voor de omgeving en restaurants. Zeker een aanrader!

Mladen è stato un host perfetto, amichevole e cordiale, ci ha fatte sentire subito a nostro agio. La casa molto bella e come in foto. Posizione ottima, quartiere tranquillo vicino al centro e a tanti servizi. Tornerei volentieri. Grazie ancora
