The setting of the house is absolutely beautiful with the bush at the side and the beach in front (8 min walk down the track from the house). The kids enjoyed the pool, and the upstairs bedrooms and living was very comfortable and well appointed. The house suited our needs pretty well for a large group, however, for the price, the downstairs bedrooms (bunk room and 2 double bed rooms) could be more comfortable (feedback on small things provided directly to host). Overall a lovely stay and Shirley was a great host.

Our group of 15 - three generations - was housed perfectly with a great distribution of bedrooms and recreational spaces to allow privacy, respite and communal time. We all enjoyed being able to escape into nature - the garden, the beach or the spotted gum forest. We were blown away by Shirley's house and welcome - we really did step into her family home. While this was at the pricey end of our budget, it was absolutely perfect for us and each of us would happily return.

Shirley’s home was an absolute gem. There was plenty of room for everyone and everything. It was spotless, really well kept, and child friendly. The pool was an awesome addition, along with the people-friendly kangaroos who felt so at home, they were not bothered by many eyes on them! Shirley was a fantastic host and responded super quickly and efficiently whenever we had a question. Hopefully we will be able to come again soon!

Amazing location of house, very peaceful surroundings, kangaroos roam around the backyard it is so nice, pool is beautiful, owner is lovely, lots of utilties. Owner does live in the house tho and was obvious that she does with personal items left around the house in unorganised ways, Due to this, no blinds in 2 bedrooms and some parts of the cleaning it felt uncomfortable at times.
