Hotel Duomo, an amazing "point of view" in the center of Florence! Focus for a moment on the location of our hotel and our rooms with a view... There is no hotel in Florence that can be proud of their location like us. If you lean out of the rooms’ windows you feel like you are touching the Cathedral with your hands. Having breakfast under the "Brunelleschi's Dome" will be a unique and unforgettable experience. The hotel is located in Piazza del Duomo n. 1 , only 700 meters from the main train station of Santa Maria Novella (SMN), easily reachable on foot or by taxi. The Hotel is part of a 14th century building, which was residence to the Gondi family, from where the palace facing the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore takes its’ name from. The hotel extends on three floors total, with the reception being situated on the 4th floor and reachable by elevator from the ground floor. Other than the 4th floor, our rooms are situated on the 3rd and on the 5th floor, reached by just 19 internal stairs but don’t worry, our staff is available to help with your bags in case of need on request.
