First of all, the host is nice, the place is clean, easy to check in etc. we are locals and wanted to support a local “person” rather than a hotel this time What I see in other reviews, and should have heard is that this apartment is insanely hot, and no way to turn the heat down. I have lived in a home with radiant heat, I know the drill. I opened every window, had the heat set at the lowest setting and still ended up resting in my jeep rather than sleeping in the Airbnb I paid for. The floors are so tilted that the head of the bed is a good 3-4 inches lower than the foot of the bed. My ancient home also had tilted floors, and I made a bed riser to level my bed. The hour and a half that I did try to sleep in the 97 degree airbnb, I had to lay upside down on the bed so my feet were not 4 inches above my head for that time. It’s super loud from the bar, but if I didn’t have to have the windows open, that wouldn’t be an issue. Very disappointed, and none was done to right it.

Great place to stay in Seward. Walkable to shops/restaurants. Very clean, quiet accommodations. Ristine was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of.

Old building felt like you went back in time. Old but clean.

We loved our stay here. Being on the strip of downtown Seward was so convenient. The apartment is easy to get to and was very clean.
