We enjoyed our visit to Anza-Borrego State Park. Kim's place worked well for us and the kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows at the fire pit.

This is our new go-to in Borrego Springs! Kim’s house was very clean and perfect for our group which included dogs. Everyone felt right at home! Terrific space for those with pets who will be leashed when outside as the yard is not fenced. Loved the bed, and back patio area. We appreciated the pull-around as our friends were towing a vehicle. This was the first Airbnb that we’ve stayed that had a smart tv where the group could screen mirror to share our pics from our daily off-road adventures. Kim has Netflix and a couple other apps logged on for those who wish to use it. As noted in the listing, WiFi is a bit slow but the best available in the area. The kitchen was adequate. My only recommendations would be for a new range and to install a dishwasher. The electric coil burners on the range were a bit of a challenge to cook on as they are not properly seated but was manageable. Kim was an amazing communicator, extremely thoughtful, and flexible. We so appreciate you!

Bed sheets and pillow covers seemed old, only 2 large towels and 1 small one in the master bedroom, only one med size towel in other bathroom, no kleenex and the floor was not clean, kitchen stuff was unorganized, freezer trays were not clean, left over stuff in the freezer, dirty. Washer and dryer were filled with laundry. The grill was mini but did the job. Would probably not stay here again. The host, Kim, was nice.

We loved Kim‘s place! Clean, peaceful, well equipped. Very close to restaurants and flower viewing, sights and hiking areas. Beds were comfortable and master bedroom had three different types of pillows which was a nice touch for different peoples needs. Price was very reasonable.

My family went to Anza-Borrego State Park for the first time, and we stayed at Kim's place. It was perfect for us! Very spacious house with a large, private yard. Close to hiking trails, restaurants, and the Borrego Springs city center. Kitchen stocked with enough pots, pans, dishes, and utensils to cook with. We used the fire pit with grate to BBQ. The water tasted funny though, so make sure to bring a few large bottles of water. And for those with children, Kim had a huge amount of toys and books for kids, which my toddler really enjoyed!
