The house was beyond expectations! The ceiling height makes it feel very spacious. It is very different from our home,so it was exciting just to experience a totally different house. The pool is huge,the water a little cold,as expected for October. Very clean,kitchen well equipped with juice maker etc. Lots of linen,including bathrobes for all. The area is beautiful,and the Temple of Artemis a few kms away is worth a visit. The fish taverna is at walking distance,but for shopping / other restaurants you need a car. Athens city centre is less than one hour away (avoiding rush hours),so the location is perfect for those who want to mix outdoor activities and sightseeing in the city. The host Kostas responded quickly to the few inquiries we had. Highly recommended! Best regards Jan

Communication and coordination with host prior to and at arrival was fantastic. House is unique and well appointed for all needs of discerning travelers. Local farmers and fish markets a short drive away. Fantastic swim area in the ocean with sand bottom and standing height nearby. Questions during the stay answered immediately. Pool was not heated but not uncommon especially for one that large. One of our more enjoyable home rental stays in several years. So convenient to depart airport and be on the seaside with glass of wine in 30 minutes. Look forward to a return visit.

We had a beautiful stay at minimal blue villa, the house is very spacious and has the perfect size for a group of 8-9 people! The pool was amazing as well as the support of Kostas who was always very helpful and easy to reach. We were welcomed very friendly including a delicious welcome present of Kostas wife. All in all, can totally recommend a stay at minimal blue villa :)

We had an amazing stay. The villa is super high quality and much better than the idea the photos give. We were three families with kids ranging from 3 to 14 - the villa is ideal for a family holiday, safe and quiet location away from crowds. Yet very convenient with a number of nice secluded local beaches and restaurants within a 10 min walk. Kostas and Kassiani are excellent hosts, very attentive and caring. We plan to be back next year.

The home was even more beautiful than the photos... all the finishes are high end and the condition is pristine. We all fit so comfortably, and enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer. The architecture is fantastic and modern and unique. The hosts were responsive and professional and wondrerful. We will definitely be back!
