Muy bonito el lugar. No le faltaba nada. Muy limpio, amplio y privado (seguro además) no hubo ningún problema en la estancia.

Be aware that there may be issues with water access before you head here - it's a problem in this entire area. For us, it only happened one day and as we could shower at the beach and we had a big bottle of water, it wasn't an issue for us. It's a shame because the location is SO CONVENIENT to grocery shopping and beaches, which is 90% of what we do when in Cabo. The A/C worked some of the time but not all the time (the last night it was so hot and it wouldn't turn on). There was an issue with the pool in the complex, which wasn't her fault, but Minerva went above and beyond in arranging an alternate option for us in a nearby complex. Very impressed by her hustle. There were some scratches on the wall from before we arrived that she thought we caused - we explained this wasn't the case, but offered to help offset the cost in the interest of being good hosts, but she didn't follow up on that. All in all, location was amazing and the place totally worked for our needs.

The house was great for a longer stay, with a washing machine, in a central area with the Fresko and COVID testing right next to the neighborhood. Unfortunately there was no hot water for the entirety of our stay, and there were dogs non stop barking throughout the day.

Minervas place was perfect for us as a family. It was clean, comfy and very nice. We loved the Palmillas Beach (5min by car) and also San Jose 15-20min by car) next supermarket us 2min by car. Minervas little paradise is sat in a quiet gated community with a pool and a little playground and the kids around were super nice. The stuff was very helpful and decent. The communication with Minerva was uncomplicated and quick! We loved our holidays!
