The house was exactly what we needed, very clean and well maintained. We had an amazing 3 night vacation! My parents used the main floor bedroom and were thrilled not to be going up & down stairs and the 1/2 bath upstairs was perfect for my brother & I to share. The house had everything we needed and is close to the beaches, port and town. I enjoyed my walk to the beach & back but they provided 2 parking passes and Jeff even let us use his 4 beach chairs. We definitely hope to do this again!

We had a fabulous time and the home was terrific. Comfortable, great furnishings, everything we needed. Jeff was terrific to communicate with - always quick to return a call and answer a question. We'll be back!!!

The house was clean. The linens were nice and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It’s a great house for a family vacation located close enough to enjoy all the shops, restaurants, and beaches with a short drive.

This was our first air b&b experience ever and it was great! The description of this house was totally accurate, but Jeff went beyond our expectations. Use of the outdoor living space, fire pit, barbecue grill, and Adirondack chairs gave us more ways to relax. Included beach passes gave us more than one option to the beautiful town beaches. It was also nice to have a full kitchen with everything necessary to cook. The included coffee pods and Keurig were an added bonus. We would recommend this house to anyone who would like to spend an affordable and comfortable time in Kennebunkport.
