The place is great, very comfortable and clean. The guys who take care of the building are amazing! A couple of times there were problems with the internet, but the rest of my experience at Green Kuta was excellent.

The manager and cleaner are just wonderful hard working people! The problem is the weird people that stays there. The manager gave me a fan to block the noise but karina the owner was not responsive to my concern. There was guy from Russia just next door that would bring a prostitute and made terrible screaming noises during day time and my son, a 12 year old, had to knock on their door to ask them to please stop. It was very traumatic experience for him. Then there was a woman next door calling her hometown and laughing and loud at midnight every night. I asked her to please be considerate and she answer this is Bali. Luckily the manager told her to stop one day and she listened. It was a convenient affordable place to book while we were exploring other areas of Bali, and I have my luggage there and they clean the place every day. I would probably not come back because of the quality of guest they get.

This place is great value, comfortable bed, quiet, clean and in a good location to everything in Seminyak. This is my third time at Green Kuta apartments and I would gladly stay again.
