What a lovely cottage and room for so many people. We were visiting Franklin, TN for a women's conference. There were 7, originally 8, in our group, and everyone could have a bed. It was amazing that there is a full bath on each floor so no long waits for getting ready each day etc. The surroundings are beautiful. It is right next to the expressway, so you can definitely hear the noise of the highway even though you can't see it through all the beautiful trees. It was not a concert weekend so we were able to take a nice walk around the beautiful surroundings of the quarry venue. We hope to return again! Oh, a nice unique feature was the instant hot water beside the sink for tea, etc. It was quite the find for us and used frequently during our stay!

This cottage and the property are gorgeous and if you are attending an event at First Bank Ampitheatre this place is perfect! Rick & Nancy have made a beautiful event space and the cottage is beautiful as well!

Amazing place, just as described! We had an awesome weekend here, beautiful cottage with plenty of room for all 6 of us. The grounds are amazing to explore (assuming no event), and it was a short drive to downtown Franklin for dinners and drinks. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a big dinner, and we loved the outdoor fire pit and living room fireplace. When a big thunderstorm rolled through it felt so cozy and warm. Yes, the highway is right there and noisy, but easy to ignore during the day and they provided sound machines in each bedroom. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Beautiful place to stay! ULTRA convenient if you are watching a show at the amphitheater!! 100% will try and stay there for every show I attend!

The Cottage was like home. It was tidy, had plenty of amenities, and was so cozy. We loved using the space and it was the perfect stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a large group staying in the area.
