My fiancé and I's stay at Jerry and Kristina's was absolutely wonderful! It was extremely well-stocked with EVERYTHING you would need for your month-long stay - even cleaning supplies! Just bring your toothbrush and toothpaste! The scenery was beautiful and gave us the perfect view of the eclipse. The bed is a bit firm, but that wasn't too much of an issue for us. We appreciated the extra set of sheets and pillow cases to switch out halfway through our stay. The internet speed was great for gaming and work. And there's a propane grill out back that we used just about everyday for the most perfect steaks! (I recommend visiting Caven's Meats in Piqua.) I truly felt like we were at home and the hosts were so kind and friendly if any issues did arise! This is an HOA community, so maintenance crew were seen cutting grass. We felt safe and cozy. Bonus: There's a little birdy building a nest outback. It was so cute. Would highly recommend for couples or solo travelers.

Stayed here for a bit for work. I can gladly say that this is the best Airbnb I've stayed in to date. Great, safe location in a smaller town. The home was very welcoming, very clean and had everything I needed for the stay. Jerry's communication throughout the stay was amazing as well. I'll definitely be looking to stay here whenever I'm in town again.

We extended our stay for a second month. See our first review for a complete overview. We enjoyed this clean, well- built brick twin home. ( only one bedroom accessible). Jerry is very responsive. We were able to meet Jerry and Kristina-very nice people. Having a garage was a big plus in the winter. Pleasant Hill is a little lovely Ohio Town with well-cared for homes and adjoining fams. Easy access to I-75 and short trip to Troy for essential shopping. We recommend you choose this stay, but please be respectful to the house and quiet neighbors by having no parties and being careful of the house. This is Jerry and Kristina's summer home.

This newer-built brick twin home has an open floor plan w/great room. Nice for traveling executive, health pro or couple. Pleasant Hill is a 17 minute drive to I75, 3 minutes to SR48. This small town is idyllic: quiet neighbors, well-kept homes, lovely small-town community. Easy drive to Troy big box stores. Home is in very good maintenance. Well-equipped kitchen. Laundry is a plus+. They found a substitute housekeeper-was ready for us in fine shape. Cleaning supplies to keep everything tip-top (we are replacing after next months stay). The view from dining area is a large grass lawn area owned by another property-quiet. Easy to take a walk, close to post office and a local coffee ship in a silo. Also-queen bedroom and full bath for your use. (Their master is not available to guests- this was fine for us.) Jerry and Kristina are friendly- a couple like us we were able to meet when they picked up their car for holidays. Attached garage for one car is a plus! We appreciated our stay!

We were fortunate enough to have a long-term stay at Jerry's. We were very comfortable in the property and the neighborhood was amazing. The people were very friendly, helpful and supportive. We would stay at Jerry's again in a heart beat.
