Casa Aurum was perfect. The views from the property were amazing. There was plenty of space for the two of us. We were able to use the wood burner for the cooler nights and the rooftop bbq on less windy days. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything I needed. The provision of basic condiments was a real bonus. We were provided with plenty of toilet rolls and washing/cleaning products. It was great to have a complete change of linen although our washing dried really quickly in the windy climate. The location was great for hiking and exploring the local area. Unfortunately there were very few restaurants/bars open during our stay due to it being low season but towards the end of our stay they were re-opening and there was then plenty of choice. The village of Rodalquilar was very quiet, just how we like it. People were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you Dolo for meeting us on our arrival and for the very comprehensive information you provided which was extremely useful.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns in Casa Aurum sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Vollständig ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gemütliche Einrichtung, 2 Terrassen mit Aussicht, ruhige Wohngegend im ebenfalls ruhigem Rodalquilar. Die Kommunikation war gut, das Haus sauber und es gab schnelles Internet. Sehr sympathische Vermieter. In der direkten Umgebung gute Wandermöglichkeiten und in 45 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Strand. Sehr empfehlenswert mit 10+ Punkten zu bewerten.

La communication avec Dolorès a été très simple et facile! Nous avons pu avancer notre heure d’arrivée sans problème ! L’appartement est très agréable. Même si nous avons lu un peu vite l’annonce: effectivement la climatisation était bien dans le salon. Mais nous n’avions pas vu qu’elle n’était pas dans les chambres. On a fait avec la chaleur :-) Sinon la vue sur le désert est magnifique, hors du temps. L’emplacement est top, près de la rue principale où il y a un café, deux épiceries, et quelques bons (dont un excellent) restaurants. Je recommande !

The perfect spot in the middle of the natural park. We love the location of this cute house. It looks out over a beautiful view of the sierra and down to the beach. The house has everything you need for a magical cabo de gata vacay. We’ll be back.
