This was a very nice townhouse in a convenient location. It was very easy to get to shopping and I-70. The rooms were comfy, the kitchen was very well appointed, with 2 coffee makers. The third bedroom was oddly placed, having to access it thru the garage, but it was nice and a nice addition. We would very much enjoy staying there again, winter or summer. Bighorn was very responsive to any questions we had. Everyone we communicated with was very friendly and helpful.

This home is listed as a 3 bedroom plus den. It should be noted that only two bedrooms are in the main house and the third bedroom and den are accessed through the garage and separate from the other bedrooms by two floors and an outside door. We had planned for our children to sleep in the third bedroom but because of the distance from the other bedrooms, this would not be ideal for young children. The kitchen is also stocked with old cookware and disorganized. It was difficult cooking on worn items and finding what we needed to prep our meals. It was however, clean and nicely decorated. The Master Suite was huge and bathrooms were also spacious upstairs. So, if you don’t plan to use the third bedroom space for children it might work fine for your group.

Better and more modern than expected from the pictures. We had a group of 8 adults and 2 infants. The large sofa was great for everyone to hang out on. One side pulls out into a sleeper sofa, but the chaise part was large and comfy to sleep on. Bar area by kitchen was really cute. That’s where the half bath was. 3rd and top floor has master and 2nd bedroom, which also has attached bathroom which opens to hallway, but since the top floor only has the 2 bedrooms it’s pretty much a private bath with tub. The 3rd and “4th” bedrooms are accessed through the garage on the bottom floor by entrance and share a separate full bathroom. 3rd bedroom has thermostat and 4th bedroom has a sliding door for privacy. Beds were comfortable, clean and there was enough extra bedding and pillows. There was a Keurig but no k-cups, and no laundry detergent so check these if you plan to use. Washer and dryer were full size and worked well. Only complaint was it would get pretty toasty on the top floor if the thermostat on main floor was turned to a comfortable level (we stayed during a cold spell in Feb) but the heater was responsive and there are blankets provided by the couch so we just had it cooler on the main floor. Overall very happy with the place and ability to park 3 cars, 1 in garage and others outside garage or in lot by clubhouse. Walmart and some fast food is across the street and Main Street Frisco a few minutes drive.
