Had a great post birthday stay at Lean's place from April 26 to 29. The caretaker, Daniel, was there to receive us, show us the property and inventory of items in the home. The decor was very tasteful and you can tell they care for their pieces as some of them are antiques. The beddings were so comfy with extra pillows, down comforters and interesting lamps. They had an adequate amount of cutlery, Corelle dishes and Ocean wine glasses. Bath towels, bath mats, toilet paper, drinking water, dishwashing soap and sponge are provided. Bring your own toiletries. It was quite hot during the day during our stay and she sent 2 stand fans. The windows are unscreened so we made sure to close them when we left the house so the mosquitoes wouldn't come in. There's a 10pm quiet ordinance all over Baguio so keep that in mind when having get togethers. Would love to stay here again. Would highly recommend Lean's place.

We had a nice stay at this Airbnb. It's cozy, clean, and in a great spot for relaxing. However, we had a problem with the sofa—it might have bed bugs. Five of us got bitten, and one friend even saw a bug on it. I recommend the hosts check this and maybe get a new sofa. Other than that, it’s a good place if they fix this issue.

Perfect accommodation for big groups who like peace and quiet + Additional room for drivers Strategic location Quality furnishings / Tastefully decorated Clean place, sheets, towels, utensils Toilet in every floor (all water heaters functioning) Well equipped kitchen Provision of sufficient drinking water, drying cloths and dish soap / sponge Responsive /Patient host Grilling in the garden area available. Extra plus because we're able to do bonfire Highly Recommended! I won't hesitate to advertise this to others and book this place again in the future One minor suggestion: Maybe a tower fan for every room. I know the weather is colder in Baguio but may not be comfortably cool enough for some. It could feel a little stuffy in some rooms. A fan could help circulate the air.

it's clean, spacious, and we enjoyed the house layout. There's room and bathroom on ever y floor which is very convenient to the elderly. The location of the property is in close proximity to SM mall and other tourist attractions which is awesome. Fred is very helpful, knowledgeable and skillful to resolve some minor issues that occurred.
