房东母女俩待客热情，周到，提供各种你需要的信息，房子坐落在一个安静，安全的地区，有很好的绿化，空气新鲜。房间里有你需要的各种烧饭器具，女主人还提供胶囊咖啡，让你有一种家的感觉。如果我的朋友去华盛顿，我会推荐他们来这里住宿。

Was in the area for several days for a conference. For the price, it was a great stay. Bathroom is a shared bathroom, and could have used some cleaning. Hosts were friendly and very responsive, and they allowed the privacy I wanted...

I loved the neighborhood. It was quaint and pretty with cute little spots to visit. I was welcomed by Fren and her daughter, and they both were friendly and welcoming, making you feel a home. The house is in a great location central to the airport and downtown! We had a nice stay!

This place was absolutely wonderful! Super affordable for the DC-area. I was able to pay ~$100 a night when a nice hotel would've been 3x as much. Communication and friendliness was the stand-out here, as Fran's daughter was super responsive, helpful, and made me feel at home. Don't expect the luxury experience, your personal living space will be small. However, for someone with a budget like me this was more than I could've asked for. The standout here was the Casper mattress; so relaxing to sit and sleep on (Makes me dread going back to the dorm). One thing of note is if you are tall like me (6'0), then you may be more comfortable sleeping diagonally or with your knees slightly bent because the bed is a little short. Alternatively, you can pull out the trundle and let your feet dangle a bit.
