This cute spot is perfect for the location with lots of things to do all around it! That are great walking distance. Cute restaurants and bars as well. The night life especially a great experience gives you everything and makes you feel safe that you don’t have to Uber or drive to get home. I look forward to staying again here.

Great location, perfectly place in the heart of downtown. The until was clean and very accommodating, I highly recommend if you're looking for a great time. It was lots of fun, I will definitely be booking another stay soon.

My friend and I stayed in Mayra's apartment for two nights while visiting the city for a conference. We enjoyed our stay and loved how walkable the apartment was to the San Diego Convention Center and downtown spots. Mayra made the check-in process extremely clear with easy-to-follow instructions. The apartment itself was larger than we expected, and the beds quite comfortable. Mayra even went out of her way to set up the pull-out couch for us before we arrived! Overall the apartment was tidy and well-stocked, though a bit on the older side. The trade-off of being so close to so many restaurants and bars downtown is that the surrounding area is EXTREMELY noisy at night. There are clubs and bars directly below the apartment and across the street that play loud music until 2-3am. Mayra graciously provided ear plugs, though they were insufficient to block out the noise and we found it very difficult to sleep on both Friday and Saturday evening.

Mayra’s place had everything that it listed, it was great to be able to make a meal here, hang out on the couch and work from the table. Included parking is also amazing. However, all of the previous reviews were truthful- it is extremely loud from about 6pm to 2:30am. The clubs are directly in front of the building. They play loud music with bass that even ear plugs don’t drown out. This place is on 5th Ave in Gaslamp, the street that is shut down everyday so people can walk from bar to club, etc. So, if you are in town to drink and visit bars/clubs, this is the spot for you! You could visit many bars and restaurants without ever needing to drive/uber. If you are in town to use this as your home base to explore greater San Diego, this is not for you. The only way we were able to sleep was by taking ibuprofen PM and using our AirPods with the noise cancellation setting on. Amenities were great, sleeping not so great. Thanks for letting us stay in your place!
