The apartment was ideal for 2 people. Could have done with a little work (broken kettle, re-painting). Was comfortable and in good walking distance from tram station and shops/restaurants

I can't stress enough how nice and communicative Thi is. Although she was on a trip in Asia she was always really quick to respond. I had messed up with the date of arrival (was 1 day early, silly me) and she was really helpful finding an alternative room for the night and arranging for an earlier check-in the next day. We liked the apartment overall, but there were several things that we didn't like: first off, the building is poorly soundproofed. We had another couple in the airbnb next door. They weren't noisy, but one could clearly hear conversations or the coffee machine running etc.. Same with the neighbor upstairs (that person was walking around like there's no tomorrow). One the second night the - otherwise really nice - downstairs neighbor had guests and was having conversations at low level but then again, bad soundproofing. We do live center city, so it's not like we are not used to surrounding sounds but yeah, I don't want to hear the neighbors showering.

This location has a great view of a bustling part of the city, while still remaining fully private. overall, do recommend.

Fabulous host from the moment I booked ! Very friendly via messages prior , Thi Van went above and beyond for me as I asked for a little note saying happy 30th when we walked in but she went one better and put a few ballons out and bottle of fizz! Very kind , stunning views it’s almost as if you have an outside area (decking) inside your room separated by glass it’s cool and we loved it lol also a bonus if you do like a smoke then your also allowed to smoke in the room if you wanted😊 (which is hard to find in Amsterdam now) ! I would definitely stay here again no doubt about it, you are abit far out from everything but after doing 2 nights in the red light moving onto this place after for 2 nights was perfect , much calmer vibes , I enjoyed watching all the people and bikes from the windows .. loved it!
