We had a wonderful weekend get away! Kim was really helpful and great to communicate with. She decorated for a birthday, left a cake and some breakfast items- which was a lovely touch! We were warm and cosy, and used the chrome cast provided to stream onto the tv. There is a lovely walk following the public footpath to the right of the drive way- which takes you along the estuary to the marina- where we grabbed a coffee from the boat house. We then returned to home made mince pies from Kim! Would recommend and can’t wait to visit again! Thank you 😊

I couldn’t recommend this stay highly enough. My boyfriend and I had the most amazing time staying in this beautifully decorated lodge which is located walking distance from Chichester. We were welcomed by Kim and her daughter Kate who were extremely accommodating in the clean and tidy lodge. They were kind enough to leave us some breakfast bits, with homemade muesli as well as cake, chocolate and fresh flowers. Kim and Kate also offered advice on things todo in the local are and told us of a local spot to watch the fireworks! Thanks so much to you both!

Kim was very kind and encouraged us to ask if we needed anything at all. Great location- close to beach and town centre. Quirky and cosy place to stay.

Beautiful place - couldn’t recommend it more. Brilliant location and Kim is a great host, she was so accommodating to us. The lodge itself is pristine and feels like another little world to itself.
