Overall this Airbnb is nice. We stayed here for a girls trip with 8 women total. It was super nice that each person got their own bedroom and bathroom. The location is quiet but still a quick drive into town. However the Airbnb needs some repairs and TLC, I.e.: Dehumidifiers for each floor. Each floor has its own thermostat but the 1st floor AC was not working very well. One of the sliding doors to the deck did not open and the other did lock properly. The deck needs a lot of repair so I recommend wearing shoes when on the deck or you may cut your foot. One of the bedroom doors on the third floor did not lock and for the master on that floor, you have to lift up the door handle to engage the latch so the door stays closed The water heater is definitely not large enough for 8 guests. We were given one garbage bag and then had to fend for ourselves, same with paper towel but not even a full roll.

customer service was responsive but the house is in need of a few cosmetic repairs. the house also comes with only a few amenities like trash bags. you get one. other than that sort of thing not being clear it's easy to find, great views, & comfortable beds

Home was very spacious and an accurate description with easy access to the beautiful beach! The house does need some cosmetic updates, some items fixed, and some deep cleaning but overall we were satisfied for our stay. The oven needs to be replaced as it took double the amount of time to bake and cook food but still worked!

Overall the house was good, but there is definitely room for improvement. The house is super spacious and right on the beach. The views are incredible and the location is spot on. We also loved that every floor had it’s own wet bar and ice machine (it’s the small things). There is plenty of seating for everyone inside and out. Some cons… the decking around the house needs replacing—accident waiting to happen. They need serious pest control (we called about this)—cockroaches and ants all over. The listing also notes that there are six bedrooms with king beds, but there are only five. A total of five kings, two queens and a bunk room with four twins. The elevator does not work which wasn’t a necessity for us (although would have been helpful for the elderly people in our group), but would have been a deal breaker had we been a guest in a wheelchair. We were not informed of this upon arrival. I also asked a week prior if there was a grill at the home and was told no. So I went through a company to rent one for the week. Not only was there a grill, but there was two! A total of three if you count the one I had delivered. Very annoying and added expense.
