Sugar Lounge is a wonderful place to stay. The cabins are really beautifully made. Everything is open so your outside in nature all the time, which is lovely in these gorgeous surroundings. It still felt private, and also there's the possibility to close the cabin through cool bamboo constructions, so no worries about privacy. This place is a hidden gem, be aware that there is not a lot to do, which is actually amazing. You can sink into a calmness being surrounded by stunning beach with not too many people. Most tourists there were Filipinos. The food is prepared with love & fresh ingredients, and very tasty. Beat & the team were kind & accommodating. We had amazing talks and really enjoyed our time here. The cabins don't have airco, but even though it was extremely hot during our stay, the nights were still nice and cool because the cabin is so open. Furthermore the bed is good, shower has a proper jet, there's a comfortable deck to chill. Aestheticly very wel executed.

The beach being beautiful and a sugary texture sand are given. Beat's place is the cherry on top. The place feels like paradise. The room is nice and comfy. No AC which is perfect to feel the warmth of nature. The food is good and very generous in serving. Ordered chicken adobo and pasta, which are highly recommended. It was nice to chill on their bat with different kinds of tables and chairs. Lots of friendly dogs in the area. And finally, Beat. He's so accommodating and friendly. Easy to talk to. Had a conversation with him about different things, made our night. We'll surely come back.

My stay at sugar lounge was great, the place is beautiful with really well kept green areas. The bungalow was really nicely built, well kept, and clean. Beat is a great host, easy and fun to talk to, and very welcoming. The staff is also welcoming, with good food and coffee. You have an ocean view from the porch of the bungalow with great sunsets and an amazing setting. Hope to see you again Beat!
