Ivica est très réactif et sympathique. la maison était très propre et rangée. maison en pleine campagne, donc très au calme, et qui reste malgré tout à proximité ( environ 1h au max)de tous les points d'intérêts de la Croatie. la deuxième chambre se trouve à part de la maison, accessible par un escalier à l'extérieur,ce qui dans notre cas, n'était pas pratique car nous avons voyagé avec 4 enfants en bas âges. ( le plus grand ayant 9 ans)Nous avons dormi tous ensemble dans une seule chambre. Mais pour des vacances entre amis , ou avec adolescents c'est parfait, chacun son intimité. en Bref, je recommande cette maison 👍.

Such a beautiful villa, with a lovely outdoor area, BBQ and outdoor dining space, perfect pool and pool area shaded by trees. We had an amazing 2 weeks here, the villa is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking, towels, comfortable beds and entertainment. You need to have a car. It's around 45 minutes from Split. Thank you to the hosts who were very helpful and always responded very quickly.

Be aware of how isolated this property is. The location isn't really as described in the listing - 20 mins from Split is very flattering indeed - the old town in Split is a good 45 min drive in average summer traffic. It is however very peaceful. Anyway the house itself is a bit quirky but kind of charming, the garden is nice. Excellent air con. Previous reviews gush about how friendly the hosts are however we didn't see them once during our stay. They were supposed to come and see us once we arrived but didn't. They were also supposed to come and clean the pool but that didn't happen either. However any minor niggles during our stay were eclipsed by what happened on leaving. As regular Airbnb users we have never experienced anything like it. We left early as we had a long journey - just before we left we noticed a message sent late the night before asking us to report any damage - as there wasn't any we weren't worried and went on our way. Before the official checkout time had even passed, we received a rather aggressive message from the host accusing us of damaging the pool and not reporting it. We hadn't caused any damage at all so this was very upsetting, especially when he then demanded 235 euros in payment. We explained that we hadn't damaged anything and after another aggressive reply he then escalated this to Airbnb, at which point the cost rose to £403. We always look after the places we stay in, leave them clean and tidy. We have never broken anything and have consistently good feedback from other hosts. It has taken 10 days to resolve this with Airbnb - not a very nice experience at all which spoiled the end of our holiday if I am honest.
