This was the second year in a row that we’ve rented this place. The owners made some changes and modernized some of the amenities such as the TV and oven. The group really enjoyed our stay, however, a few things that didn’t impact us significantly but may impact others. The heat in the master bedroom didn’t seem to be properly working. It was fine for the rest of the house. The master bathroom also didn’t have working ceiling lights. Could have been the same issue as the heat. Those two issues, however, didn’t ruin our stay. We’d likely try again to book this house next year.

We enjoyed a family girls weekend at this lovely home. The home was more than large for the 12 of us and very comfortable. The kitchen had pretty much everything you would need except for a few things. We had to purchase dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags and paper towels. These are not always supplied when you stay at an airbnb but this should have been mentioned in the description. Evolve was very quick to respond to our comments about this and forwarded them on to the owner so this may be resolved when you stay there. We stayed in February so can't comment on the pool or outside areas but it all look very nice. All in all, this was a very lovely home and can easily accomodate a very large group.

This home is a fantastic floorplan to host a gathering but lacked maintenance and could use some updating. Curtains don't close all the way, shades that don't work, cluttered kitchen cabinets. Could have been cleaner for such a luxurious home. Trash overflowing in driveway. Lack of water pressure in showers.
