Fantastic location but be prepared for the steep approach road. Very peaceful, with amazing views and within easy reach of amenities in Amarante. House is more spacious than the pictures show. Very well equipped and plenty of space to socialise. Weather wasn't warm enough to use the pool but terrace was great, even in the rain. Never had oranges and lemons direct from the tree! Beds are really comfortable, and very soft bedding. Thank you Paula.

Wir waren Ende März in Portugal und waren begeistert von Land und Leuten. Alles hat super geklappt. An unserer Unterkunft fanden wir den traumhaften Blick, den Obstgarten mit den köstlichen Orangen und die Ruhe toll. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Wir würden wiederkommen…

A great location to get away from the world. Set on a lovely farm with vineyards, oranges and lemons everywhere. Raised beds of various herbs helped at flavour to our meals. Paula and her husband are delightful, he has his own martial arts dojo in the grounds. He was delighted to show me around and introduce me to a fruit I have never seen before. I have taken it with me to add to my gin and tonic. The accommodation is attractive, spacious, very comfortable and well equipped. The beautiful town of Amarante is about 20 minutes away. The road in and out to the farm is hard paved in both directions and very easy to follow. A great stay.

We loved being away from the city. Being at the farm was wonderful. We picked butternut squash, strawberries, persimmons, grapes, tomatoes, clementines and a variety of herbs. Relaxing and perfect. We loved our stay. Thank you.
