I needed somewhere to stay very quickly because the place I had originally booked fell through when I arrived for check in. I was desperately trying to find somewhere else. Neil replied within a few minutes and let me check in 2 hours later. His place was great and I’m very appreciative of Neil’s willingness to go above and beyond to help me out. Thanks Neil!

Neil was an incredible host. I booked a room at his place at noon the same day as check-in, and he had the room prepared and met me at the door when I arrived that evening. The place was lovely and had all the amenities I needed (and tons that I didn’t need this time but might another). Everyone was very respectful and I was incredibly grateful for Neil’s hospitality.
