My family and I enjoyed the property. We all we comfortable with the many sleeping options.
Great place on Conesus Lake. Lots of room inside for 2 families. We made use of the kayaks, canoe and pedal boat. Love the deck and fire pit. Very close to town for restaurants, cidery and breweries.
We loved our stay. House was clean except I feel like all the windows could have been cleaned out of a lot of dirt and dead bugs and flies. Should have had a good spring cleaning. Only draw back was no extra clean sheets. We had a great week and would stay again.
This is a great house. We had the perfect get away. The new furniture is beautiful!!!

We live in Upstate New York half of the year and operate vacation rentals on one of the Finger Lakes. We spend the second half of the year in Saint Augustine and manage rentals there. We understand how important each individual vacation is and will strive to exceed your expectation. That isn't an invitation to take advantage of us but more of a promise that I will personally accommodate any reasonable request to ensure satisfaction.
