我们度过了愉快的两天，床很舒适，厨房虽小但配置应有尽有。我们也很喜欢从阳台俯瞰的山景。房东非常nice，我们有任何需求，都会很快得到回复。

Positives: * View of the mountains was exceptional! * Property was peaceful and quiet * Close to the Park * There is a resident bear roaming the property (could go in either category) Negatives: * Hot tub was unavailable the entire week - leaking, mechanical? * If you don't plan on cooking much, or you are only having breakfast at the condo, the kitchen is likely fine. If you want to cook, I found it sorely lacking. Small is fine, but please provide something more than pots, pans! * ZERO mixing, serving bowls. Could also use a box grater for cheese. Matt - go to the Dollar Store and by a set of plastic mixing bowls. I made meatballs in a pot, and nowhere to mix a salad. * 3 dishwasher pods??? Seriously? We cooked, ate, drank, and ran it more than 3X. There are 2 spaces for pods, so if you use 2 per load....? * We were both short. Couldn't reach the microwave, or access the cupboards above the fridge. Used the dining stools, but a step stool could avoid a lawsuit.

Matt’s loft was cozy and clean. Great views of the mountains and even saw bears a few times. 10/10 location. Would love to come back!

My stay was 10/10. Condo was clean, great location and the view of the mountains was amazing. Will definitely be back on my next hiking trip.

Matt is a great host, he is professional, responsive and helpful to his customers. Regarding this apartment, very well equipped, has a balcony with epic view, very quiet area and on the top of smoky mountain. Most important, we were lucky to see a passing bear just in front of the building. it was nice!!.
