Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig mit 2 Bädern und vielen Betten und sie ist sehr schön gestaltet. Es ist alles vorhanden ☺️, was man braucht und der Weg zum Meer ist zu Fuß auch mit Kindern gut machbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und Alessio war immer erreichbar, wenn wir eine Information gebraucht haben😊

Train station is near. Alesio is so Nice and helpful. Apartmán is big and cozy.

Fabulous! Very considerate host who ensure that everything u need is there, from kitchen cooking stuffs to even toothbrushes in the bath not to mention shampoo, soaps and detergent. His response rate is fabulously fast and even though he is busy he ensure that his mum comes down to the flat to attend to us. Location is one of the best too.

The host was super. We had everything, bread, pie, wine, milk, toothbrush and so much more. The location was perfect for us has we travelled every where by train. Two big bedrooms with each our own bathroom. What a great place. PS: go for a walk and stop at ping pong gelato, not the yogurt one, on your way to the beach.

The appartement was well equipped, there was even an oven and a freezer. The 2 double beds were pretty comfortable, the other bed(s) were only rather OK. Alessio was friendly, helpful and usually well reachable. The nearby streets and the railway tracks had some light traffic during the night, but windows were good insulated, so we could have a good night's sleep. The city is a kind of suburb to Rome with pretty good and convenient train connections to Rome S. Pietro (near Vatican) in ca. 30 minutes except for public holidays and strikes. We managed to get a taste of both unfortunately within 6 days, but both did "only" cost us 30 minutes extra and overfilled trains fortunately. Overall we (5 persons) spent a nice time in Ladispoli at Alessio's place and would return again if/when we visit Rome again.
