Great location and great house layout. Golf carts included were a bonus. Staff was decent but perhaps could have been stronger. Nice stay.

Can't recommend this home or host more highly! Neo is a fantastic host, and his home exceeds the amazing pictures, which we didn't think was possible! Neo was available 24/7 leading up to and during our trip to answer all of our questions and organize everything, ensuring our trip was as seamless and enjoyable as possible. He arranged airport travel, coordinated our nanny, made activity and meal reservations, stocked the house with everything on our list, etc.... He even helped us find an ATM within two minutes of messaging him one afternoon!

Simply, wow! My friends and I all stayed here for a wedding in Casa de Campo, and Neo’s beautiful home was one of the best parts of our trip. Neo made sure we had groceries upon arrival, golf carts, kind and helpful staff, airport shuttles for departure and pick up, and everything in between. The master suite is spectacular, with one of the best outdoor showers I’ve seen to date. The rooms were cold and the beds were comfy. The outdoor pool / BBQ area was the show stopper here, and we spent ample time playing ping pong and relaxing by the pool. Thank you, Neo, Agapito, Dary, Maria Elena, and Christine!

Our stay at Neo's was truly 5 star. The house is beautiful, the outside is your own private resort. Even nicer in person! Communication with Neo is so easy and there is nothing he isn't willing to do to make your stay enjoyable and personalized. We had very specific dietary needs and Neo made sure the kitchen was stocked with what we needed and that the staff understood our needs before we got there. As helpful as Neo is, the staff matches it! We were so well taken care of, by the second breakfast the staff knew exactly how we took our coffee, that they set up mine and my husbands coffees just as we like it. The food was delicious! We had them making food that was outside their comfort zone, and we all agreed, the food was as good as eating at our favorite restaurant. There was nothing they wouldn't do for us, from getting us drinks from the store, medication we needed, to taking us shopping when my son realized he didn't bring any shorts! We will definitely be back!
