unsure of hurricane damage from Idalia, reached out to host for info. my husband was told, good to go. Later that day, i received a call from host telling me he was 85 no,no 90 % sure we could get in, but he could not guarntee there was no water, from storm, in home. Fri., 1st.we made WISE decision to cancel. There was NO POWER in Steinhatchee and police denying entry to everyone but homeowners after Wednesday hurricane landfall. Host said contact AIRBB, they took your money. AIRBB told us host had to approve refund. keith called host back and left message and text on Sat., Day of supposed check in. we received a text that we were victimizing him by contacting him on a Sat. and to only speak to his attorney. WHAT a crummy experience navigating AIrbb Support line and working with a host not forthcoming with info. Thank goodness we have a friend who admistrates a home in Steinhatchee and knew about the power and police not allowing entry. she directed us to FEMA.

We really enjoyed our stay with David him and his team was so helpful with our last minute trip. I have a big family and they welcomed us with no problem . We will be booking again in the future.
