If you want to visit Valencia I don't think is a better place to stay. Carmen is very friendly and helpful and we are very glad we met her .We felt right like home in the apartament and fell in love with the quiet and the terrace. The location is amazing, with a walking distance from the City of Art, Science Museum and The Oceanografic. There is also a supermaket, a bus station nearby and great restaurants.

Carmen is a great host who tries her utmost to make her guests feel welcome. The apartment has a modern homely feel about it. The kitchen and living/dining area are tastefully decorated. The outside patio area would definitely be a big bonus in warmer weather; when we came it was still a bit chilly to sit outside. The dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster all worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable to sleep in, and at night it got quiet. There was plenty of storage space for all of our clothes and suitcases of which we had many because we came for a wedding and sightseeing around this part of Spain for 3 weeks. The apartment is on the first floor and thankfully there is a lift/elevator. We were within easy walking distance of the City of Arts and Sciences. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops all around this area. The beach is a 40 minute walk or short Uber ride away. The nearest metro is 800m away.

Carmen Alina is a fantastic host! We had the best time in Valencia thanks to the many recommendations we got from Carmen. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and SUPER clean!! Thank you for everything!

Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à rester une petite semaine dans l'appartement de Carmen Alina. L'appartement correspond bien aux descriptions et est très pratique avec deux enfants (terrasse, jeux pour enfants...). Carmen est une hôte très sympathique et toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions ou pour transmettre des informations utiles. Un grand merci à Carmen pour son accueil !
