We had a great time at the Forest Haven retreat! The tee-pees were especially warm and comfortable even on a cool night - my kids loved them and I actually slept very well myself! The backyard and vegetable garden are amazing. We played on the rope swings, made fires in the fire-pits and climbed all over the rope nets. The living spaces in the house are a bit on the small side but the objective here is to spend all of your time outside. If it was raining, I think packing 10+ people in this house would be very tight. Thanks!

Absolutely stunning home - we had an amazing time roasting hot dogs in the fire pit, jumping on the trampoline, and enjoying the gorgeous woods. Cannot recommend enough!!

Great wedding venue or vacation spot. The house and garden are straight out of a fairytale, and if you have children, the outdoor swings, trampoline and tree net will keep them entertained for hours.

I chose Forest Haven for a weekend retreat with 6 of my girlfriends and it was spectacular! We felt like kids again climbing into the tree net and jumping on the trampoline. The campfire and hot tub were delightful. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and the living areas are cozy. We plan to return next year!

Peter & IMa are amazing people and were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The place itself is gorgeous and truly a little place to escape and relax. I really appreciated all the little touches they included in their space and appreciate that they are wonderful people too. I recommend this place to anyone interested in escaping the craziness of everyday life and having a nice nature-focused space to relax!
