Host molto gentile e accogliente, personale di servizio gentilissima, colazione abbondante

The house is nice and clean. Cozy outside and well prepared breakfast and cute setup. There is a common area to hang out and we were happy to have air-conditioning. It is in a gated community and a policeman let us in, but he only spoke Italian. We realized later that we were supposed to get out the same gate again. We did have issues with the host not responding and she also wrote a text in Italian even though she knew other communication was in English. The person checking us in did not speak English. So no help with explanation of wifi, parking or places to eat. At check out we were asked to pay for taxes, which was not listed anywhere. Also we were asked to pay for water, which is normally provided and I even asked if it was free. We attempted to pay but she did not have change. All the communication and service/language issues is enough for me not to recommend this place.

Soggiorno splendido a pochi minuti dal Campus Universitario di Tor Vergata. Daniela ci accolto con tutta la sua gentilezza e disponibilità; la mattina ci siamo gustati un'ottima colazione. Soggiorno consigliatissimo, se in futuro torneremo in zona, Villa Orsini sarà la nostra prima scelta.
