James & Augustina were easy to communicate with and I had a good feeling right from booking. Wonderful private bedroom & bathroom - so comfortable to recover from jetlag! small grocery around the corner and several restaurants nearby. easy bus connection. I would happily stay again.

The kindest and sweetest hosts, with a lovely little home. Both Gussie and James were helpful, responsive and took the time to chat with me all days. The room is big enough, small enough and the sky light in the en suite bathroom was such a pleasant surprise! Highly recommend this property 😃

a cute room nicely decorated with a private bathroom and great heating (I was in January), Guss and Jake were friendly and very responsive though I had a lot of space for my own. The place is a 15 minutes walk from Bow Road station and it was easy to get to the center of London. there are many corner shops around and a supermarket in a walkable distance.
