The home was wonderful and the property next to the lake was absolutely beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. Tom and Jill were kind and very accommodating. They made us a nice fire the first night. Very relaxing.

We love staying at Tom and Jill’s! This is our second time and we couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more. They are both so friendly and accommodating. The space is perfect and clean. Their views of the Lake are beautiful and peaceful as well! So happy we had a great weekend with our family here

I could have given 5 stars for everything but it was just one thing, but a major one, that was bad: it was impossible to find the location on Google Maps, and the website did not give a physical address with a number, making it literally impossible to locate, even with reception, which I did not have except very spotty (ironic, since I switched to Verizon 15 years ago since it is supposed to work better in rural areas, at least back then). I could not contact Tom and Jill, because while I had no reception in town, they didn't either at their place! So, our text messages were going into the void on both ends. To make matters even worse, given the rural area it was completely dark at night, extremely dark, so I ended up stumbling around in the dark for an hour, eventually finding the place. Once you find it, it's totally worth it! Great house, great host, but it just needs to have an easier way to find it. Putting the correct street name on the website would be a great start.
