Somos Xisco & Mercedes y formamos Charming House Booking S.L, nuestra prioridad es que nuestros huéspedes se sientan como en su propia casa. Por ese motivo el día de vuestra llegada, nosotros os recibimos personalmente en la propiedad (hablamos inglés, alemán, español y catalán) os facilitamos información de isla y de la zona, así como os ayudamos en cualquier momento durante vuestra estancia. Cuidamos la limpieza (la revisamos personalmente), estaremos disponibles las 24 horas por si surgiese algún inconveniente, en definitiva os cuidaremos en todo momento. We are a small company that helps the management of property, whether due to ignorance of languages, lack of time or inexperience. Our priority is for our guests to feel at home, on the day of your arrival, we personally receive you on the property (we speak English, German, French, Spanish and Catalan) we provide you with information about the island and the area, as well how do we help you at any time during your stay? We take care of the cleaning (we check it personally), we will be available 24 hours in case any inconvenience arises, in the end we will take care of you at all times. Am Tag Ihrer Ankunft empfangen wir Sie persönlich auf dem Grundstück (wir sprechen Englisch, Deutsch, Französisch, Spanisch und Katalanisch) und versorgen Sie mit Informationen über die Insel und die Umgebung Wie können wir Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthalts jederzeit helfen? Wir kümmern uns um die Reinigung (wir überprüfen es persönlich), wir werden 24 Stunden am Tag zur Verfügung stehen, sollten irgendwelche Unannehmlichkeiten entstehen, kurz, wir werden uns jederzeit um Sie kümmern.
