From the beginning to the end of the entire transaction and stay, Kathryn has been EXTREMLY helpful and accommodating to all my needs! Her response to every question I had was responded to so quickly! She made sure everything was okay with me, her home was more accommodating than expected! Such a beautiful home and we all felt so cozy and comfortable! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended staying here, for Kathryn makes your stay just extra special!

Kathryn's place was just what we needed. My party was two couples with several elementary-aged kids, and one infant, and we needed a place at the last minute after cancelling our previous AirBnB that did not have adequate heat. Kathryn was very helpful and allowed us to check in early and delivered a pack'n'play to the house with less than 3 hours notice so that we had somewhere for the infant to sleep. Here are some things that you won't learn from the listing details (as of the time I'm writing this review). * The configuration of the beds is a little different than in the pictures (as of the time of this review), and there are actually even more beds than in the pictures or in the listing description—the master bedroom has a sofa/daybed with a pull-out trundle bed in addition to the king bed. * The master bedroom has a large closet that worked well as a nursery room for the infant. * The backyard is actually fully fenced.

I was amazed by the whole process from Check in to Check out. Host is not only super friendly but communicates with you for any of your needs. I highly recommend this place. Beautiful House. Lots of space.

The house is a lovely place for a large group or family gathering. The house was easy to access, very clean and spacious. A number of TVs for entertainment and enough beds for a soccer team. Host Kathryn was very responsive and accommodating in communication and requests. Would highly recommend this home for your needs.
