I rented the apartment for family who's child had just been admitted to the cancer unit at Shands. We were terrified, unorganized, desperate ... all the things. Andy and Karen were helpful, patient, and responsive. We were awful guest. We extended the stay and other things without much notice more than once and these hosts rode right along with whatever was needed. I am eternally grateful for their great service.

This was our second stay at their place. They accommodated our arrival and departure times both stays. It’s quiet and quaint . The front patio is perfect to sit and have coffee and relax. Our little cat loves the place too! W swill be staying sign next Gators baseball season. It’s so close to the campus and all the restaurants etc. Like being at home!

Our family rented three units at the same time to celebrate a college graduation. The accommodations helped make our weekend extra special. Our family members were so comfortable and we all were able to relax and enjoy our time together in a lovely space.
