Fantastic venue for a 60th birthday trip with family and friends. Sidrak and Chiara responded quickly to questions before the trip and Daniela was always available to help once we arrived. Problems with the spa heating and the villa hot water were very quickly sorted. Very peaceful setting with lovely walks yet easy enough to drive / taxi into Lucca. Blessed with good weather so made use of the outdoor pool which was lovely. A fabulous stay and would recommend.

My husband and I hosted our wedding here. Their host is absolutely amazing- incredibly responsive and helpful. But this house is falling apart. Our bedroom (the iris) was so moldy, by husband got very very sick. The downstairs pool is also moldy. It almost stings your eyes. I had an allergic reaction to the laundry detergent so I suggest bringing your own if you’re getting married because I had a massive rash on my wedding day. My parents room (the big green bedroom) smelled like garbage the entire time. It was disgusting. One time I sat on our bed and it feel apart literally. The beds are hard and you can feel the springs, pillows are worse. One of the dishwashers broke. We ran out of hot water. No patio furniture pads/cushions were set out, we had to do it. Overall we enjoyed our experience and the host really is lovely. It just needs some new beds and pillows and a better cleaning so mold can’t grow.

purtroppo a Dicembre i riscaldamenti non funzionavano, abbiamo dovuto dormire una notte al freddo, quando e' venuto l'idraulico a farli ripartire ha smesso di funzionare l'acqua calda della piscina (che e' il vero motivo per cui abbiamo scelto questa casa)
