Katherine has done a great job in creating a private space in the downstairs of her home. Private outdoor entrance was easy and street parking was ideal. Although the bed was not huge, it was very comfortable, and we both had good night's sleep. I loved the art on the walls and the personal touches throughout - again, very nice space. Lastly, I missed the small print that stated 'no television' in the studio - this through me, but once I mentioned it to Katherine, she was kind enough to set one up so we could watch the local channels for news and shows. Overall, great experience.

We enjoyed our New Year's Eve view, exactly as described, no surprises. Everything exactly as described, all that we needed at our fingertips. Wonderfully cozy bed.

Our stay in West Seattle was great - Katherine’s place was the perfect location and accessible from all directions. While a longer walk (but beautiful), we were able to take the water taxi to downtown Seattle which was great. This location was a short Lyft ride to local restaurants (highly recommend Salty’s and Driftwood) on West Seattle. Katherine was proactive in reaching out to us to make sure we didn’t need anything and very responsive when we asked for recommendations. Would definitely recommend staying here for your next visit to Seattle!

I spent three wonderful nights at Katie’s place, and can’t say enough nice things about my time there. The space is lovely, private, quiet, and nicely appointed. The neighborhood has great views and is very walkable, with amazing coffee and great places to eat and get groceries within about a mile. Katie reached out before I even arrived, then again after I checked in to make sure everything had gone well. She continued to be very responsive with any and all questions. The check-in and check-out procedures were easy. Overall, this was a a great at base camp for my trip to Seattle. I would happily stay here again!

Very beautiful place when visiting Seattle. Our host was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend for those that need a comfortable place to stay.
