Ennio was really nice and helpful. He always answered very fasz and gave us clear instructions how to enter the house. The house was clear and well equipped we had everything we needed. The location was good it was close to the lake there were a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.

We had a very pleasant experience as the property met our requirements for 5 adults and one infant. Although we had a garage parking, the outdoor parking was perfect for our big van. Easy self check-in. The super host communicated promptly and gave us recommendations. When the sandwich maker broke, he provided a brand-new replacement within the hour, even it was a Sunday morning. When we requested for a late check-out, he granted us without hesitation. Highly recommended. Thank you very much!

We've had a great time in this house! The check in was super easy and quick. The host was highly responsive before our stay and during our stay. The house was perfectly clean. The location is perfect. It was easy to get to many interesting locations (by car, on foot or by train). There is a great beach in Colico (15 minutes walking or 3 minutes driving) and there is an amazing place with pastries - Farris (5 minutes walking). We've enjoyed barbecuing and the outside backyard was perfect for our toddler. The kitchen was relatively basic but it was enough for us. Bring your shampoos and toilet paper since there were a few small shampoo bags and 2 toilet paper rolls. The stairs were relatively steep so it was a bit tricky for our toddler but all in all, it was ok. Thank you, Luca, for the great stay! We'd definitely recommend this place to friends :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très bien placée à Colico et au calme. Ennio a toujours répondu très rapidement à nos questions. Je recommande.
