Airy and stylish flat in a great area. Very close to the centre and the train station which is super handy. Not far from great sites and visitor attractions. Very comfortable, very clean and well stocked apartment. All round a lovely place to stay :)

Marina's place was perfect for my friend and I. We both work from home and we had everything we needed and more. The wifi worked without any issues. The facilities were fantastic and made it feel like home for the 4 weeks we stayed here. The kitchen is well arranged and stocked. We cooked almost everyday. The location is fantastic. A short walk to the main street and everything you want to see and visit is nearby. We loved the Coupole for fresh produce and deliciously pre-marinated meat. The artwork throughout the neighborhoods made the walks even more enjoyable. Marina's communication and willingness to help us with our extra requests was the best I've encountered on Airbnb. We only had 2 drawbacks, but even with those we would return. The drawbacks: We unfortunately stayed during an extremely hot time. Without air conditioning it could get uncomfortable during the afternoons. Evenings would be cooler, but because we needed to keep the doors open we then had to contend with the mosquitos. Also, the tub in the bathroom does not have a shower curtain which took a little getting used to. Again, we would stay another time even with these "issues", which may not be an issue for you. An excellent home in an excellent location with an excellent host. Top Notch!

The place overall was lovely - really beautiful apartment, with lots of space and light. Marina was accommodating and nice. Location is about 20 minutes walking distance from the station, which has good access to the rest of the south of france (but busses are difficult). We stayed for a month in July - be aware that there is no aircon, so sleeping can be a bit difficult in 40 degree and above heat (even with the fans and windows/doors open). Additionally, we spotted a group of cockroaches under the bath and in the kitchen due to gaps in the floors - although Marina did send us a cleaner with the chemicals, this was almost a week later and we failed to receive compensation from her. However, for the most part, Marina was helpful and the place was beautifully designed.

Our party of three spent a month working remotely in Nimes and Marnia's lovely apartment met our needs perfectly. We especially appreciated the fully-equipped kitchen, plenty of space to relax, lots of natural light, and a charming private patio. The neighborhood - known for its street art (murals) and home to a wide range of people - is just a few minutes' walk from landmarks like Les Halles. Marina was a terrific host, very friendly and quick to respond. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Marina!
