We had the best mother/daughter weekend getaway in this adorable cottage home. Everything was so cozy and chic. We adored the beautiful kitchen, the cozy and comfortable living room for relaxing each afternoon after shopping and the comfy beds. The location was IDEAL for getting to Main Street for all the shopping and eating. We could walk with such ease even on a really cold weekend. By far one of the cutest airbnb I've booked and would certainly return for another girls getaway or even weekend with the husband. Such an ideal little gem for the charming town of Franklin.

The Little Franklin House is amazingly charming, clean, comfortable and within walking distance of all that downtown Franklin has to offer. Lacey was very communicative and friendly. We'd definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay in this beautiful property and it helped create a magical Christmas. The house feels so welcoming due to its colour pallet and tasteful and attractive furnishings. It has been well looked after! Two thumbs up for the dreamy bed and linens! Further, the easy walk-ability to town and upscale neighbourhood complete the package. We had the pleasure of meeting the host and can gladly recommend this property to anyone who wishes to feel the charm of Franklin while still being easily accessible to downtown Nashville.
