Kathleen's place was great for our off-season beach getaway Clean, comfortable, and looked great. And she was very helpful. Just be aware the parking space will be tight for an SUV or large truck to get into when the lot is full. We loved her place though.

5 stars! Not enough characters to say how great this place was. Kathleen was awesome and the property delivered an even better experience. comfy, clean, priced well, and in a great location. We had an event to attend and our family of 4 enjoyed this condo. The fireplace was my personal favorite. I'd highly recommend staying here. I look forward to staying here again.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our mother-daughter weekend in this unit. It was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay her again!

Location is good and the place is clean.
