We rented Michael's place for 3 days for my family of 5 (2 adults/3 kids) and it was absolutely perfect. The bathrooms/kitchen were clean and the common area/balconies were huge. My wife and I had the primary bedroom, my daughters shared one bedroom and my son had the pull out and everyone was quite comfortable. The overall location of the unit was about 5 minutes from the center of Kona accessible to beaches and 5 minutes from a supermarket/restaurants. The only drawback about the unit was the check in process. We arrived late and really wanted to just crash for the night. The staff gave us our keys quickly, but then required us to visit with the facility 'concierge'. The concierge ended up just being a sales person for the timeshares and proceeded to try and sell us on a sales presentation during our stay. We were of course under no obligation to attend one, but still had to fend him off for at least 20 minutes. Not a big deal, but annoying nonetheless.

Really enjoyed staying at the Wyndham! Great location (15-45min drive to beautiful beaches). The space was clean, and the staff was approachable and helpful! Would stay again!

Very comfortable beds and very clean. Lots of room and beautiful grounds. Close to Ocean and walking distance to shops.
